Follow Up RE: Why do I eat out so much

I wanted to share with everyone how things are going, 15 days later.

I am still eating out too much.  However, I have cut back a day or two during the week.  I ate breakfast at home Friday and lunch in on Wednesday.  Granted, these are like, the smallest steps ever–but I guess that’s what it is going to take!

On another note, with my already insane mommy schedule, both the kiddos had colds for about 8 days, so there were no treadmill days to be had.  I did break out the Yogalosphy DVD and a pilates DVD today.  I’m hoping to start one of them 2 times a week.

I know this sounds like I’m barely doing anything, and that’s frustrating to me, but there are only so many hours in the day and I have A LOT going on right now.   There are a few projects I’m really working hard on, plus the usual duties of working and being a mommy too.

I want to be proud of myself, for everything I have done and will continue to do.  It drives me crazy that eating out and eating too much are habits that are hard for me to break.  They seem like the easiest tasks in the world to put a stop to.  Maybe they are for some people, but this is my vice that I’m going to have to fight a lot harder to conquer.

Wish me luck…any suggestions would be appreciated!
